Halaken Collective is the birthplace of a global collective of creators united by the power of art for change. It is a multi-media label intent on cultivating a platform to bridge East and West, the traditional and progressive, the magnificent and unnoticed through music and video.

VISIT

The Goal

Halaken had a messy website created in Wordpress. They asked me for some help to redesign the entire website.

The Challenge

Halaken wanted to have a visible frame around the website and have the site scroll inside the overlay frame and since each release comes with a video, they wanted a big, medium and small video frame for all screens.

The Process

Halaken Records has a mandala look, so I wanted to incorporate the same in the project. I researched lots of mandalas and ornaments to get inspired in the design process.

The Conclusion

Anytime there is some music involved in a project, I get excited. I really enjoyed doing this project while listening to their musical releases. Halaken Records were very grateful with all the help I gave them.

Last year, I took the time to help my friends to update their website with all the graphics provided by them. I challenged myself with css knowledge to have a sticky frame, so the site could scroll inside. It was a fun project to do because of all the challenges that I encountered during the processus of building the site in Webflow.
